TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following Rules and Agreements - together with the General Policies form the Terms of Service you agree to when joining TradedFund. The statements made herein are intended to protect everyone participating in TradedFund. We reserve the right to add and alter them if deemed necessary. Please read carefully before signing up.

Age

You hereby agree that you are either 18 years of age or of legal age in terms of the governing laws in your country related to making decisions on financial issues.

Security

You hereby accept responsibility for keeping ALL your information and records of all transactions you make within TradedFund BOTH secure & private !!
We protect all our records, transactions and information by providing the maximum security we can on our servers.

Transactions

All transactions, deposits and withdrawals related to any of our Plans will be deemed final. In the event of any dispute(s), such dispute(s) must be mailed using our support link. It will be investigated and resolved in terms of the rules and regulations of TradedFund.

Taxation

You accept sole responsibility for any and all appropriate taxes as charged within your country and hereby indemnify TradedFund and its owners of ANY such liability !!

Cancellation

Any TradedFund member can cancel or terminate his/her Account(s) at any time and without any notice. This will mean that the member will no longer receive referral commissions but will continue to receive dividends as stipulated within the "Plan" until such time that the particular "Plan(s)" has/have reached maturity. Cancellation or termination does not mean your funds will be released. TradedFund or any of the management reserves the right to "terminate with immediate effect and without notice", should any member be in breach of this agreement. This is not normally done, but canand will be enforced in serious and/or extreme cases !?! When a member is in breach of this agreement in ANY way, their initial Deposit(s) will in fact be returned, however their dividends might OR might NOT be returned ..... ALL depending on the seriousness of their situation/breach, AND will be at the discretion of the Admin and/or Management !?!

Invitation

TradedFund is available to the general public, but may change to private at any time, where further new partisipants will only get into the program if referred by others. The use of TradedFund and the dividend generating tool(s) are restricted to registered members ONLY, who have paid and/or made a deposit into at least one of the "Plan(s)".
Each deposit is deemed to be a private/separate transaction between TradedFund and the registered user.

Private Transactions

As a private transaction, this "Club" is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured and are not a licensed bank, security firm or any other type of investment house, trader or broker.

Information

You hereby agree that all information, communication and material coming from or contained within TradedFund is unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any public disclosure. Moreover, the information, communication and material contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer or a solicitation for deposits in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such an offer or solicitation.

Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold all principals and registered members harmless of any liability. You are depositing at your own risk and agree that past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance. You agree that all information, communication and material you will find in this "Club" are intended to be regarded as an informational and educational matter and not investment advice.

Change

We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions, rates, periods and any other financial information of TradedFund and our "Plan(s)" at any time and at our sole discretion and without prior notice !! This is done to respect the integrity and security of our members' interests, the system, TradedFund and it's owners. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review ANY current or NEW updates to ANY and/or ALL terms and/or conditions !?!

Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any registration within TradedFund.In the event of such user having added funds, the funds will either be accepted or be dealt with in accordance to the rules governing TradedFund.

Accounts

When it comes to registering/joining our "Private Retirement Club" .....
THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT AND ALSO IMPERATIVE !!
ANY member who does not abide with what follows, faces the risk(s) of having their Account(s) SUSPENDED .....

So PLEASE read/understand/follow what is written below, TO THE LETTER, as NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed NOR tolerated !! The simple matter here is "ONLY ONE ACCOUNT PER I.P. ADDRESS AND/OR HOUSEHOLD" ... PERIOD & CASE CLOSED !!

IF a member wishes to have more than ONE Account WITHIN the SAME household OR from the SAME I.P. address.. then they MUST FIRST ask/seek permission, but ALSO MUST FIRST receive/obtain that PERMISSION from the Admin !! Failing to do so can and/or will result in the SUSPENSION of ANY and/or ALL of YOUR Account(s).

If you are in fact granted permission to open/register another Account(s) within the SAME household and/or from the SAME I.P. ADDRESS .....
THIS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOWS ANY MEMBER TO SIMPLY ASSUME AND CONTINUE TO OPEN/REGISTER ANY FURTHER/ADDITIONAL
ACCOUNTS WITHOUT SEEKING/OBTAINING PERMISSION TO DO SO FIRST !! PLEASE GOVERN YOURSELVES ACCORDINGLY .....
ESPECIALLY when pertaining to having MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT PER HOUSEHOLD ...... as this will simply be looked upon/regarded as that/those Member(s) attempting to CHEAT our "Club" !?!

Again ..... "NO EXCEPTIONS" !!!

Publicity

We will not tolerate nor accept any bad publicity of any nature, from anyone whatsoever.
The posting of information in external media sources must be kept appropriate and in line with the terms, rules and regulations of this "Club". If you are unsure ......
PLEASE ASK FIRST !?!

Term

Although We anticipate to keep TradedFund open to accept new participants for as long as we so choose/decide from date of launch, we reserve the right to stop accepting new people into TradedFund at any given time !! Registered participants will have the option to add funds and to continue participating or withdraw their funds, just as they are now at the present time. Eventually, "our doors will be closed" (so to speak) to new participants and our intentions at that time will be to keep TradedFund completely PRIVATE, from that moment on!!

If you do not accept the Rules, Agreements and General Policies as the Terms of
Service, you should NOT register with our "Private Investment Club" !!
